Business Analyst:
• Work with diverse stakeholders to understand and analyze business processes, identify gaps — and articulate business needs into specific and measurable goals.
• Elicit requirements in line with the ascertained goal(s) using one-on-one interviews, document reviews, focus group sessions, requirements workshops, Joint Application Development (JAD) Sessions, business process descriptions and workflow analysis.
• Translate Functional and Non-functional requirements into high-quality deliverables (Requirement Management Plan (RMP), Business Requirements Document (BRD), Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, Graphic User Interface Designs (Mock-up screens).
• Convert functional requirements into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria and generate appropriate tickets on an interactive interface like JIRA.
• Regularly work with UI/UX designers, Developers and Quality Assurance Testers to clarify requirements and align the project scope and the Definition of Done with the project goal.
• Maximize product value by supporting the Product Owners in product backlog compilation and maintenance, addressing concerns, and making recommendations based on reviews and feedback.
• Work cross-functionally across client business units, program and product management, and Agile teams.
• Work with the Scrum Team to prioritize the product backlog, plan releases and sprints, and deliver increments.
• Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD), and other Requirements Gathering sessions with Stakeholders, SMEs, and System Owners to capture business rules, processes and system requirements for various projects.
• Monitor projects through the SDLC process — using the Agile/SCRUM framework to develop, customize, enhance, and update products for clients in diverse industries.
• Lead efforts to sustain effective communication and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders throughout the duration of a project.
• Serve as the SME for Software Change Request Process (SCR) to effectively manage change requests for various applications.
• Assist in developing test plans, and test cases.
• Perform manual tests during an ongoing sprint and document findings accordingly.
• Trace functional requirements through the stages of the SDLC to ensure that the requirements are fully implemented.

Scrum Master:
• Guide the teams’ operations by facilitating ceremonies: Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective, and instilling Agile principles into daily activities. Hence, reiterate goals, manage impediments to progress, ascertain progress, and establish milestones — to ensure and sustain continuous improvement, and ultimately the value stream.
• Work with the Program Manager and Development Team to identify capacity, set realistic sprint objectives, define critical success factors, and drive team velocity.
• Coach and mentor development team members around Agile Principles — with proven ability to resolve conflicts, build trust and encourage cohesion (support and foster high performance within the team)
• Protect the integrity of the Spring Goal during Change Request implementation.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner/Manager to refine and maintain the Product Backlog using the information gathered from scrum events.
