adults in a shop class environment. My skills in management included handling various hand tools, large
tools, entered data and did paperwork for the projects and any problems that may have occurred
with the equipment. I also made sure safety was first and foremost in the shop. I also make sure the
room stays clear of debris and trash. My skill set for this position consists of leadership skills, filing,
typing, scanning, using the copier, power point, all Microsoft software and google. I answer a multi-line
telephone system, I work one on one with children from second grade to high school. I am also a quick
learner and have a great work ethic and CPR certified.

I started in the toy department when I first employed there. Then I worked as a cashier and eventually
worked my way up to the warehouse in the back of the store. There, I baled boxes in the box baler,
unloaded and loaded trucks, took merchandise out on a pallet jack for the stockman that had to be
stocked onto the proper shelves in the proper departments. I also worked customer service and handled
many difficult situations in a professional manner.

OSHA forklift certified and I am a legal United States citizen.
I have Industrial experience; I have worked in an industrial shop class as a co-teacher for over twenty
years with many tools. The tools include drill presses, power saws, chop saws, sanders, band saws, table
saws, drills, metal band saws, industrial vac system and many other basic hand tools. I can operate a
Bobcat, power washer, fire house and can drive the buggy. I can operate power tools. I will be able to
work with materials that may be hot, heavy, or hazardous chemicals. I would also be able to assist in
inspecting in the maintenance on equipment. Can perform manual labor and I can lift in excess of 25
pounds. I have clerical experience, which is the area of schooling I went through as well. I am also willing
and able to learn anything given to me. I am a great worker. I can get along with anyone and enjoy
people.
