Purpose of the job:

· Responsible for the effective management of the cargo consolidation operational strategies, its set standards, policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

· Answer to the current budget and assist with the creation of a revised realistic budget for this financial year and future budgets.

· Establish and maintain nurturing relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
