o Compiling and check correctness of payroll documents before submitting to payroll and follow up on outstanding paperwork

o Load and add new employees on the biometric system and take the employees off that are terminated o Arrange access cards for new and lost cards with security manager o Send biometric reports daily of attendance of office staff and factory workers o Do induction training for new employees

o Archive old employees’ files and keep record thereof o Do all paperwork and wages for kitchen, gardener, and transport o Sending out of all birthday letters monthly

Ensure that the payroll is checked, verified and approved. Produce accurate month end reports as and when required by management. Create employment confirmation letters and confirm employment status. Student Assistant

1. Operating the cafe station by crediting student accounts and add new entrance on the system. 2. Monitoring computer usage.

Responsibility

1. Ensuring the weighbridge load cells are always upright and not damaged on the daily bases. 2.
