Over the last twenty years, I have been a key driver of the sales and mortgage teams I have led. I impacted growth and performance through program development, implementation and sustainability. I increased New Mexico’s ranking at a national level through performance driven management and innovative sales delivery. My experience includes comprehensive knowledge of local, state and national lending packages, detailed experience with tribal funding laws, marketing, sales and promotions, and building strong, motivated teams. As the head of consumer lending I have been instrumental in the increase of New Mexico’s ranking of 41 of 41 of all suburban markets within the bank to the top 5 of suburban markets and top 5 of all markets nationwide. 10/2016 to current Bank of America:
