Created a position of Forklift Trainer for the DC network, to provide a resource for new hire training and refresher training and reduce the costs associated with property damage resulting from incidents with the DC; implementation of this new role resulted in a cost savings of approximately $400k annually

HR and Safety Manager for the Regional Corporate Office for this construction materials company. Served and supported 645 FTEs across 37 concrete plants and 7 mechanical shops.
