The Data Analyst will support internal/external projects, Vice President and his direct reports.

The Data Analyst will provide service to enhance the overall operation performance.

Must be Bilingual (Spanish), understand Mexican conversions (accounting) and contracts.

Essential responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to:

Developing spreadsheets, tracking databases, reports and presentations using Microsoft Office products.

Ensuring information is accurate and performing analytical computations necessary to process the data.

Monitoring and coordinating operational activities through technical communication and/or information technology systems

Analyzing electronic and hard copy records for accuracy and completeness to include ensuring data is entered in a consistent format and to ensure data integrity.

Performing research and data collection to locate missing file information.

Managing administrative office functions.

Performing customer service activities as needed

Performing in a variety of administrative office functions such as answering telephones, distributing mail, maintaining calendars, documents scanning, coordinating meetings and reserving conference rooms.
