Project Description:

20-story commercial & residential building & 30 Luxury villas including all the internal roads and infrastructu works at Etihad Town Lahore. Pakistan Job responsibilities:

• Daily site work execution as per the project’s drawings

• Setting out of foundation isolated foundation and columns (for villas)

• Preparing shop drawings for submission to the project’s consultant for approval

• Preparing daily work schedule

• Arranging manpower for site works

• Preparing bill of quantity

• Preparing all the checklists, ITP, Method statement & MAR for submission to the consultant for approval

• Maintaining/updating daily all the site work and material logs

• Inspecting all the works (layout, formwork, block work, plastering, tile works, painting works, joinery works etc) prior to inviting consultant for inspection & final approval

• Preparing/Issuing work inspection requests (WIRs) & material inspection requests (MIR) to the project consultant for approval.

• Coordinating with Consultant, Client & Sub-Contractors

• Preparing daily, weekly & monthly progress reports

• Inspecting all the materials delivered to the site to verify if they conform with project specifications

& drawings

• Arranging and collecting all the material samples to submitting to lab for testing as per testing frequency
