Role of customer service chat agent -2020-2021

My role as a customer service chat agent was to provide exceptional services to our customers externally and internally. Being a chat agent means that grammatically we should be on point, be way more emphatic because customers can only see words and not hear our voices.

Advantage communications – Sales agent: I was responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets. They ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase.

Centerfield sales agent- Inbound sales agent and my responsibiy was to identify a customer’s needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
