Responsible for monitoring the Call Center Unit in general to identify and resolve issues. Provides daily assistance to the staff and Administration on daily operations on the unit. Monitor firsthand issues with programs when they go down or issues with them and report to upper Management of issues and implement resolution of issues if able to. Access daily employee performances. Prepare training and prepare for Team meeting material for weekly meetings when it is required. Access employees to refer to workshops or LDO classes to enhance their knowledge and Customer Service skills. Retrieve calls from Zoom to monitor recorded or Live calls to ensure quality Customer service is given by each Analyst. Monitor calls on a Side-by-Side basis to assist with help develop their skills to a higher level for staff members on your teams. Prepare monthly stat and side by side meeting report for supervisor monthly. Monitors and prepare Performance evaluations on a regular basis per the requirement dates. Assists on the committee to help assist with consistency of training all new hires. Conducts research by assisting a customer or an issue the analyst is having. Responsible for all team members to be sure they understand the rules and regulations, policies and procedures of the department. Work with CUIC program to monitor log in/log out and daily reports of the analysts on our teams. Monitors and maintains work files for all subordinates.
