•Daily interaction with high level associates and their assistants. Acted as liaison between the CEO and leadership team while cultivating relationships with board members, clients, community and national leaders.

•Acted as “gatekeeper” managing calendar, schedule, email, and extensive network of contacts on a daily basis. Read all correspondences to keep CEO abreast of important and priority obligations and meetings, knowing when to move items on calendar at the last minute with no guidance.

•Prepared agendas for meetings along with reports and pertinent background information for the CEO prior the meeting.

•Coordinated conference/ Zoom calls, arranged for company lunches as needed. Organized all board meetings including hotels, conference rooms, AV set up for meeting along with organizing group dinners for the evening.

•Coordinated all travel including airfare, cars, hotels, visas and documents for both the CEO and his family. Providing a clear itinerary to follow and backup plan should schedule change.

•Oversaw the completion of projects on behalf of the CEO.
