●Planned and migrated the Army Materiel Command (AMC) Logistics Management environment from a DoD data center in Missouri to the Computer Sciences Corp datacenter.

●Captured the AMC Software Baseline, to include: auditing, inventorying, and documenting version baselines of the AMC Logistics software suite.

●Wrote specifications for the new WLMP Help Desk, including: defining the help desk support levels, call logging, escalation triggers, call routing, call resolution and aggregated call analysis.

Raytheon SAP Implementation Team April 1999 - July 2000

●Managed team to create a normalized (data) database of all the vendors which were used by Raytheon’s purchasing systems worldwide.

●Directed the effort of representatives from twenty-seven subsidiary divisions of Raytheon's purchasing departments to collect full contact information for over 27,000 vendors which were used in Raytheon’s disparate purchasing systems.

●Managed the effort to check vendor data to assure legitimacy and to eliminate redundancies of all sorts, utilizing D&B and Hoovers search capabilities.

●Delivered output of this effort to the SAP implementation team for implementation of the SAP purchasing elements.
