General Manager
Directed plant operations, strategic planning, team leadership, and P&L management for a manufacturing and production company specializing in packaging, hygiene and recovery solutions with facilities across North America. Oversaw all aspects of daily operations for a 24/7 facility with annual gross sales of $95M, including leading 145+ unionized production staff, along with 35+ non-union management and administrative employees.
Consulted with senior executives to establish KPIs, including analyzing metrics, developing strategic plans, and monitoring progress to ensure achievement of objectives in line with quality, productivity, and schedule constraints.
Launched and implemented a wide range of continuous improvement projects by analyzing and monitoring performance as well as introducing best practices to increase productivity annually by 3-5.5%.
Championed a new initiative to consolidate and relocate a 73,000 ft2 warehouse to dramatically save costs by $200K annually while streamlining processes and centralizing operations.
