OFFSHORE & ONSHORE PROCESSING PLANT EXPERIENCE DETAILS:

Responsibilities :

1) Maintenance of the following rotary equipments:

Blowers, Compressors (Reciprocating, Centrifugal, Screw), Centrifugal Pumps (Single Stage, Multi Stage), Vibration Screen, Diaphragm Pumps, Gear Pump),

2) Replace and Refurbish Mechanical seal.

3) Maintenance of Stationary Equipments like Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchanger, etc…,

4) Preparation of job i.e. blinding and de-blinding job as per P & ID.

5) All kind of alignments with laser, rim and face, reverse indicator.

CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS:

Having relevant experience in maintenance in all types of Centrifugal pump and rotary pumps.

Obtaining a complete checklist of the dismantled equipment and keep a record of the same.

Inspect the condition of rotating parts namely shaft, sleeve, impeller, oil deflectors, wear rings, bearings, coupling and stationary parts such as casing stuffing box, distance pieces and bearing housing.

Renewal of mechanical seals replacement of rotor checking wearing and throat bushes, bearing clearances.

Hydro test of pumps to determine mechanical seal and casing leaks. (Sundyne, Flowserve, Worthing done)

RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS:

Preventive maintenance and complete overhauling of compressor used for instrument air, utility air, and to produce nitrogen.

Replacing piston rings, guide rings, rod packing and adjustment of TDC and BDC.

Replacing main bearings and big end bearings.

Refurbishment of suction and discharge valves & Renew of cylinder liner.

Worked on the unloaded device of compressor.

Trouble shooting such as long interval between load and unload. Low lube oil pressure, PSV releasing, belts breakings, cooling water pump fault, inter cooler and after cooler

Leakage (Thomassen)

CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSORS:

Involved in complete strip down and reassembly of centrifugal compressor.

Removal and assembly of rotor bundle.

Inspection of diaphragms, diffuser, thrust and radial bearings.

Maintaining overlap and axial float between stages.

Renewal of ‘O’ rings.

Removal and reinstall journal bearings thrust bearing and thrust disc.

Use of special tools for bundle removal / Installation. (NUVO PIGNONE, INTEGRAL INNER SOLLARAND)

STEAM TURBINES:

Having experience to change Journal bearing and checking bearing clearance and axial float in steam turbine. (Mitsubishi, Dresser Rand)

GEAR BOXES:

Involved in prevents maintenance and overhauling, Bearing changing, Inspection on engineering blue matching in gears, and check the backlash clearance activities.

FANS & BLOWERS:

Having experience to change the blade angles, belt aligning tensioning in the pulley with Driver.

STATIC EQUIPMENT:

Worked in safety relief valves, filters, strainers, flame arrester and pipeline plant maintenance.

Involved in safety relief valves over hauling & calibration and general valves (gate, valve, globe valve, ball valve, check valve, etc).

Repair and change the gland packing and plant preventive maintenance of static equipments.

MEASURING INSTRUMENTS HANDLING:
