As an intern house officer, I was first on-call for all the surgical casualty admissions including war casualties. I was responsible for Initial management of the patients and preparation of patient for casualty and routine surgeries and post-operative managements at post OP wards. I also had to work in pre-operative and post-operative clinics at the hospital.
