Param - International Key Account Manager 01 2023 – Present o Drive new customer acquisition for the pioneer financial technology supplier of Türkiye, as the 1st e-money licensed corporate in the market.
o Find out the need of new client, advise on the solutions including issuing, acquiring, processing, lending (BNPL or instalment), open banking and loyalty program (wallet, co-brand card) services with VISA, MasterCard and Discover licenses.
o Build the roadmap with client and be the bridge between companies, from NDA execution to product delivery. Lead the project with IT and related departments. o Deliver tailor made solutions with immaculate API integrations which allows accepting payments from all types of cards with highest successful transaction rate in the market, providing PCI DSS Level 1 and ISO security standards.
o Promote loyalty systems generates deals with all card brands on one platform and encourage for hassle-free instalment feature implementation.
o Introduce dashboards to new clients which allows getting comprehensive reports with consolidating all virtual and physical POS transactions, managing all accounts transactions and statements on one interface with 29 integrated banks via open banking system. Worked with numerous joint business, IT and operation units on the giant project. Not only halved the cost of everything but also increased the productivity with a great pace. o Money Point feature built as the continuous cash back reward program which allows customers to earn points on every shopping transaction. Rates vary on bank pos and nonbank pos. o With the rise of E-Commerce, 3D secure system built which sends an authentication code triggered by the bank to let cardholder finalize the transaction. o PosPara - First Cash-back on POS feature in Turkiye, created from scratch, result with an award. o Instant Card Service created for branches to optimize labor and customer satisfaction. o Important CRM project ‘Campaign Module Architecture’ started with IT and Analytics. o Installment Feature for Overdraft Account was both first in the market and a game changer. Customers got to use their overdraft limits just like a loan without any formalities. Assistant Vice President– Akbank Headquarters (Citi Group Partnered) Debit & Prepaid Cards Product & Portfolio Management 07 2013 – 04 2014 Core products: Neo (Debit of Akbank), Starbucks Prepaid o Developed consistent cash back feature, to increase active customer pool, sales volume and profit for debit card. This feature announced as an ATL campaign on all TV and radios. o Customer segmentation project planned and executed with MasterCard Advisors team. Analyzed the Big Data to categorize the cardholders and identify spending patterns. According to customer behavior results, decided on the strategy for each customer segments.
