Managing Fabric sourcing in terms of control in Ordering, Receiving & Optimize utilization.

Identify existing SOP failures & implement right practices to fix weaker areas in Merchandising across all functions.

Increase the transparency & level of communications between Dubai Office & Four Fty’s in Bangladesh.

Liaise with NSL Buying Office & Effectively involving on all price negotiations to grab business for capacity fill-up.
