Promotion within Polymer Synthesis department. Supported the Automotive Electro-coat business by working with Research & Development, Product Development, and Engineering Teams. Participated in research and development of improved polymer resins through use of Design of Experiment approach and data analysis using JMP and Python for effective experiment planning and decision making to fulfill high-priority development needs on an accelerated timeline. Acted as a project lead or collaborator for multiple projects at a time, appropriately prioritizing experiment plans for technicians to ensure deadlines are met and advising next steps to project steering committee.
