Responsible for executing and reporting tribology testing for the Warsaw R&D facility. This includes scheduling machine maitenance, calibrations and validations. Some designing of special fixturing is also completed. Training of lab personel is preformed. Training on all FDA requirements is manditory. Annual reviews of processes and procedures is required. Served as the Lab safety officer.

Supervise, mentor and train the biomechanical testing technicians in the Research Biomechanical Testing laboratory. Review all material testing data reports before they are released to the requestor. Metallurgical Analyst / Team Leader
Distribution of the workload to seven employees was completed and the daily direction of those employees occurred. Several metallurgical processes are completed. Mainly micro-hardness, grain sizing, structure analysis, corrosion testing and electroplating are completed for customers in the aerospace, medical, and automotive industry. The equipment used on a daily basis consist of micro-hardness testers, metallographic instruments, inverted microscopes, stereoscopes, electroplaters, and etching chemicals. The use of specialized tracking and reporting software was also required. Microsoft Office Suit software was also heavily implemented. Participation as a QIP and Lean practitioner was completed, as well as 5S certification.
