Government Contractor/Government Worker (Logistics Management) (July 2005 – Present) Property Management:
Coordinates property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government/contract acquired property as described in Property Plan and prescribed in Federal Acquisition Regulations, Part 45.
Responsible for assisting in maintaining an approved property control system in compliance with current government property regulations (FAR). Perform required activities illustrated in the Property Management System Plan. Primary duties include, receiving property and updating property records, resolving equipment location incidents, physical inventory, disposition/excessing reporting, and property closeout activities.
Assist with the annual physical inventory of contractor and subcontractor Government property update electronic property records during physical inventory. Perform post inventory reconciliation to determine inventory effectiveness property records when new information is received from users, custodians, and project management. Prepare shipping/transfer and other documentation as required (DD1149, hand receipts, etc.)
Conduct on sites inspections and audits to make sure that all KBR Task Orders are following all property management guidance’s in accordance with Army Regulations, FAR, and KBR Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
Fielded questions and aided PBOs on current HQDA, USARCENT G4 and AMC policy and procedures. Assisted all external/internal customers with property accountability questions. Identified changing trends in property accountability and asset visibility and reporting trends back to Theater Property Book Officer (TPBO) for resolution. Assisting with vetting Theater Provided Equipment (TPE) that has been entered into the TPE Planner.
Assisted with day-to-day property book activities at the unit level through GCSS-A by conducting periodic reviews of unit's MTOE authorizations, requirements, and on hand (OH) statuses of all FRAGO lateral transfer requirements and fielding distribution.
Managed LTDDs via the DMCA e-tools website and arranged for disposal of damaged or obsolete material/equipment in accordance with the FAR policy throughout assigned efforts. Maintained property accountability records and determined condition and arranged disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment utilizing PCARSS.
Maintenance Management:
