• Utilized wet etching (HF: HCl=1:4) to clean germanium, and ECOPIA Hall Effect System to characterize samples resulted in one peer-reviewed publication.

• Handled crystal growing furnace to grow germanium single crystals. Characterized thin wafers utilizing ECOPIA Hall Effect Measurement System.

• Characterized semiconductor devices utilizing various electrical instruments to obtain electrical characteristics of samples such as output characteristics, transfer characteristics, IV, CV etc. Analyzed optoelectronic device performance under the laser and low-temperature setup.

• Solved most critical problems in germanium crystals such as finding the charge transport in the crystals with utilizing magnetic field and electric field and computational tools reflected in various research outcomes.

• Analyzed data with python, MATLAB, Excel, and utilized statistical tools to validate the experiments.
