Most times the floor joists are good,as how the sheets are finished bending, I set each sheet on the floor and the welders tack n weld .I alone, most times cut n fabricate the inner sides of the buses walls. As I started that one welder start to make the rails to fit on top of the sides. As soon as the welders finished the floor, other men start sanding the floor and I start to demolishing the ceiling and started to measure cut, bend 2 mm aluminum sheets for the ceiling. The supervisor pour water on the floor to test for leaks. I there is leaks on the welding, the welders fix it. I then start to fabricate the ceiling and cut holes for the drains and start fixing the plumbing.
Myself and others helpers started to demolishing the lower level floor decking,i then take measurement for the floor using marine plywood. I then cut drain holes and fixed plumbing for the floor.I then bore holes on the ceiling for light fixtures of course I did that too.A layer of rubber mat bonded with contact cement, on the floors then all the seats space are measured and the seats are bolted down. With in one year I've been the leading Fabricator.
