I currently own and manage a fishmonger retail shop since 2007. I have extensive experience in providing special requests for particular fish, providing customer service, administering the business profit by careful buying, and product promotions of my fish selections each day. Owning and running a fishmonger shop in Villanueva market, Northern Mindanao. This involves buying, preparing and displaying a variety of fish, butchering the fish which involves gutting, removing head and tail if requested and de-scaling. Then selecting the items I need to sell first which are those which are most profitable or those which need promotion.

Working with a team who report to me and ensuring they can work with or without supervision.

Being responsible for recording and completing the daily takings and making proper account records.

Perform the daily tasks with enthusiasm to ensure best productivity, maintaining quality and safety.
