Looking for a career that is challenging and fast-paced. I always work to my full potential, if I have love for my job my interest gets peaked quickly. I invest my free time in getting to know anything and everything about the company and clients and see if I see any areas that may need improvement. My motto "If we aren't improving something big or small everyday we are just standing still". I'm not good at standing still I always want my employer's business growing and thriving. I truly believe there is always something that I can do better at to improve my worth and show I care about my work. I'm creative, productive, organized, loyal employee. I have a really good feeling about your company. All it's missing is a little of me. I have worked since I was 14 with a work permit of course. My first job was being a movie clerk at Movies-2-Nite where I was promoted to manger in 2 1/2 months. Employee with most up-sales and M.V.E most valued employee 8 out of the 10 yrs I worked there. I tell you this to show you I care about my customers like family. I am driven, excellent time management, always professional, enthusiastic and ecstatic to learn. I want a job that feels like family and I believe you have that in your business. It would be my privilege to even be considered for the job. Authorized to work in the US for any employer

You know when your feet are killing you after 3 hours but you don't even have time to notice. Your doing it right. You know your in trouble when that's just the lunch crowd and you still have a crazy dinner shift ahead. Oh and don't forget to prep all stations and polish and wrap silverware. Mary Kay Inc - Peoria, IL
March 2006 to January 2016
As a consultant I would have the people scheduled parties that were basically make up parties and we also doubled and facial scrubs microdermabrasion moisturizers and other skin products. And of course with Mary Kay we have a lot of makeup but the funnest part was actually being able to find somebody's facial features and be able to say they had one eye that was you'll be a little bit with makeup you can actually balance out that eye by making your eyeliner thicker than depending on which side you're working on. We did everything from removing their makeup to first using the facial scrub then we did in my free down abrasion treatment after that we would pack face dry and use the moisturizer let the moisturizer sit and settle and once that was dry he would basically come up and I had made a lookbook and it just gave a picture of what the colors were obviously that you can see but also how to apply them and wear to the clients like into the crease and if you want to go ahead and drag that down and make it darker you usually use a darker crease the first thing you would do though is use a white shadow all over the lid and I go up I love not into the eyebrow but just probably about a half inch bubble eyebrow and then use your crease color and then another color that is darker than your light color but lighter than your crease color. After that was done they could choose from blushes based on of course their skin tone if you're very very pale you're not going to go with me bright pink you would go with more of an apricot kind of neutral look and then we also had with liner and multiple colors and I'm lipstick and just tons of makeup it's tons of fun it was honestly one of my funniest jobs that I had. Unfortunately it was yes I had people coming back but it was all based on how many people you knew and and how much product we had on you at the time and now looking back that I'm older I shouldn't have carried so much on me I should have just let them put in their orders in order but that's okay because I still have Mary Kay to this day. This award is presented to a CO-OP Student that has had perfect attendance. I showed the greatest work ethic and goals for future leadership and success. Very proud of this award, the competition was intimidating, but I never count myself out.
