I have been a part of the food industry for 16 years. I have had the pleasure of working under some amazing Chefs. I am high energy and a hard worker. I will be the first to admit I don’t know everything and have yet to master every angle of the kitchen. However, when I put my mind to something, I am a force. I will give it my all and push myself to deliver the best product I can. I feel you should always strive to be better, learn more and grow. You are your own limit for your own potential. EXPERIENCE

Working with the Executive Chef to supply the best product available. Overseeing day to day activity for the morning shift. Keeping staff on task, on track, and making the day to day plan for all employees. Purchasing, putting up trucks, inventory, and making schedules.
