Resume:

Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for the opportunity to apply for this job.

I believe I am the perfect candidate for the role of "LeafFilter - Outside Sales Representative - Baton Rouge"

Please excuse me for not having a resume readily available to attach in this application. I just wanted to be sure I didn’t lose this opportunity to apply so I’m going forward without a resume being attached. I can give you some of my past work history briefly here. Im 27 years old and out of high-school I went straight to college and into a 4 year nursing program, after 3 years, I realized it was too much pressure and decided to work and take a break from my studies. In those 3-4 years before Covid hit I had 2 jobs. The first job I had was a job as a receptionist/clerk at a doctors office. There I had to answer the phones, schedule appointments, chart, paperwork, fax and most commonly be the middle man between doctors and patients needs including working with the pharmacy to communicate doctors wishes for patients, dealing with insurance companies to collect payments and as the title says I answered phones, scheduled, rescheduled and kept medical confidential files updated. I was also a cashier at hobby lobby where I was promoted to work in their frame making shop which gave me retail experience. I had to learn how to sell and “up sell” customers on different parts picked and required materials and fits to make custom frames. The difference in a cheap $2 frame that looks great but works poorly and customizing one at an affordable price that’s got a warranty is a mesh between the customers wishes on budget and ideas for looks and what would they be most happy with balanced with their budget. I became very successful very quickly. Unfortunately, the location I worked at on college Dr. Closed down and since I was the last person to join in working the frame shop, I was first to go when it came down to job cuts. It was not because I was not successful at the job. I’d love to get some contact information from both employers to get you so you can confirm my past experience, so just let me know.

I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Many thanks,

Madeleine Flechas
