This was a modular home building company that I acquired from a previous owner. After completing the existing project pipeline, I immediately converted to a "Custom" site built home builder. We were growing rapidly and constructing over 20 custom homes per year. Worldwide COVID-19 related material inflation, supply shortages and lack of quality labor became particularly hard on this company and we had to close it's doors on April 28, 2022 with 14 incomplete homes.
