HR Manager (Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations and Payroll)

Compensation, Total Rewards & HR Operations

Responsible for the design, development and implementation of the compensation and benefits strategy whilst adhering to principles of best practices.

Responsible for monitoring and updating the organization's salary structure, benchmarking, and researching salary rates and benefits.

Lead Performance Appraisal in group and calculate and propose Increments based on 4 factors (Comp Ratio, Inflation/ budget, PAS Rating and LMR)

Conduct Job Evaluation to assign grades and define pay scale level to position.

Launch of HR Policies at ENPI Group: -

Some of key policies were introduced are Compensation & Benefits policy, Grievance policy and Recruitment policy.

JD Evaluations and Grading system for ENPI Group: -

More than 200 jobs are evaluated as per Hays methodology of 11 scale factor ratings and grades were assigned to positions according to reference score.

Employee Self Service Launch: -

Employees to see their details without HR intervention including HR master data, leave record and vacation balance, pay slips, attendance.

Launch of Performance Appraisal System: -

Development of Competencies and KPI’s framework and transformed the same in Appraisal system.

Worked with Hays Middle East for benchmarking and launched PAS system for SIG Combibloc successfully. Number of development and process improvements were realized and appreciated by SIG Combibloc Management therefore I was rewarded with a special payment worth 140,000 AED along-with 4 years retention plan.

Oracle HRMS implementation

There was a requirement from Obeikan group to implement Oracle HRMS (EBS system) and I was appointed to lead this project, I delivered and exceeded management expectation in this project

Developed real time dashboard for monitoring Nitaqat Percentage, Man-hour detail, Cost Optimization, KPI reporting and Employee accruals.
