Job Title: HEAD OF SALES AND MARKETING WESTER REGION

Duties and Responsibilities Marketing Operations/Supervision

Guide Sales Leads in preparation before approval of weekly itinerary to ensure regional balancing.

Ensure timely submission of weekly field reports from all team members, review the same pegged on the approved itinerary, evaluate sales against the projections, and offer recommendations.

Coordinate weekly marketing meetings and oversee the timely submission of minutes.

Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives/activities.

Evaluate/appraise and motivate Regional Sales Lead in liaison with the HR dept.
