Director, Sales Operations, North America 2019 – 2022

Partnered with all functional departments including finance, marketing, HR, logistics, manufacturing, and operations to remove roadblocks, reduce complexity, and develop and implement processes to drive sales and increase profitability. Led direct team of 3 including operations, real estate, and engineering managers to support daily operations and needs of 170 branches and 5 training centers across North America.

Achieved “Impact of the Year” award in 2020 for outstanding leadership in division for North America, recognizing work which increased logistics efficiency, reduced costs, and created more stable distribution environment.

Reduced non-moving inventory, creating organized warehouse, and increasing space to store “right” products.

Implemented rebate program with large associated product vendor, recouping 5% on all sales of products sold through branches to largest multi-shop operator in region.
