A professional with around 11.1 years of experience in O&M, Projects, Erection & Commissioning. Currently working with Hindalco Industries Limited, Mahan Aluminium Project (MAP), Singrauli, MP (India) in Cast House Department of the smelter unit as shift in-charge.

A keen strategist with experience in managing entire project as well as plant operations with key focus on top line & bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Procurement and selection of 3.6 years spares, O/M spares and critical spares for various packages involving Furnace Tending Assembly, cranes, Ingot casting machine, sow casting machine etc. Performing manpower, outsourcing, maintenance and production planning’s.

Execution of Fabrication jobs (Projects) as per plan to fulfil the requirement of user departments in cast house.

Execute the PM activity of online two ingot strapping machine, hand tools, forklifts & Crane for trouble free operation.

Daily toolbox talk with team members regarding safety, housekeeping & challenges in daily activity.

Execute the trial of new packing pattern as per recommendation with technical & marketing team.

Daily MIS report of packing & inventory.

Discussion with SH for new opportunities of packing patterns and execution for the same for cost effectiveness and fulfil customer requirement.

Preparation of HIRA, SOP, and SWI for all activities of packing section half yearly basis as per HIL standard and ensure to compliance at site as per the company HMF.

Quality Control:-

Planning the Metal Production in Higher Purity as per given order.

Plan the metal distribution as per metal Grade.

Plan which grade produce first as per order.

Activities:

• Preparing PM schedule & keeping record breakdown, uptime/ downtime, preventive & planned maintenance.
