Skills: Physical assessment, EKG and telemetry interpretation, lab and radiology interpretation including CXR, CT, Doppler, and Echo results for clinical significance, H&P and progress notes, appreciating consult recommendations, pharmacological and ventilator management.

On a transplant unit, I treated inpatients patients before and after abdominal organ transplant and other conditions such as chest, and abdominal pain, appendicitis, cholelithiasis, foreign body, extremity abscesses, extremity fractures, vascular injuries to extremities, bowel injuries, pneumothorax, hemothorax, cardiac arrest, and traumatic brain injury.
