I have taken some time off to take care of and manage health issues from late 2019-Present. I am currently looking for part-time employment at entry level such as delivery driver, medical courier, costumer service, or other that would benefit your organizations and the people it serves. Projects included Dunedin Historical Museum renovation-addition, Dunedin Mease Emergency Room renovation, Palm Harbor United Methodist Church renovation-addition, Mease Manor Memory Care facility Virginia Ave Dunedin. Position: Superintendent

D-Mar General Contracting and Development, Inc. Hired on for superintendent position after helping others meet project schedules by helping close out and complete jobs currently behind schedule. All jobs were for Hess- Speedway conversions. When the Speedway contracts neared completion, I elected to go elsewhere. Position: Working Superintendent

Harris Contractors Inc., Radford, VA hired to help work at VT campus maintenance and renovations as a working superintendent. After renovations were complete, I was hired to renovate an old dairy barn into a small Business Incubation Center with grant money thru the state of Virginia. Projects lasted up to 7 months at 2-3 million. Position: Superintendent.

Bonitz Contracting, Columbia SC: Hired specifically to do all exterior and interior finishes for the Richard Childress Racing Museum in Welcome N.C. This project was the centerpiece for the Richard Childress racing team in honor of Dale Earnhardt. This required a workforce 7 days a week due to completion dates. Project lasted 6 months with cost at 6-8 million. Position: Superintendent

Beers Construction, Winston-Salem. N.C: Projects included hospital renovations and additions, industrial facilities, schools and corporate headquarters for Lowes. Projects varied in size and scope fron1 6 months-2 years and up to 32 million. Included-hospitals, industrial, Federal, schools, typical commercial. Position: Assistant Superintendent.

Environamics Inc, Charlotte N.C: Projects included up-fitting of 8-10 floors within the Nations Bank Building. The One First Union Center including, core building construction, retail center, and office spaces. Charlotte Pipe Factory and Charlotte Medical Center. Projects primarily involved all interior framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors hardware and other interior finishes. FBI Check and clearance required for employment. Projects varied in size and scope from 6 months-2 years and from 2-24 million.

High School Graduate: Dunedin High School, Dunedin Fl. Attended SPJC, Clearwater Campus, Clearwater FL. Attended college required courses for Associates Degree in Business Management.

Architectural Drafting Course: SPJC, Clearwater Campus, Clearwater FL. Passed top 10%. Basic Contractors Licensing Course: Wytheville Community College, Wytheville, VA. Course designed to prepare for certain portions of Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation licensing test. Passed with Certificate of Completion.

Virginia Department of Professional and Occupation Regulation, Roanoke, Virginia. Passed all exams including the advanced portion for the Class A Contractors exam. Took different portions of exam while working in and out of town as available.
