Duties:

Operates Surface Well test/production equipment such as: Flow Heads, Choke Manifold, 3- Phase Separators, Surge Tanks, Pumps Compressors, Oil and Gas Diverter Manifolds, ESD Panel & Stations, Gas Scrubbers etc.

Set and managed separator pressure and level to suit the operation. Ensured all safety rules are adhered to during operations.

Rigged-up all well test/production instrumentation (based on rating specification) on the wellhead, separator, data-header, Surge tanks and other required positions.

Manually acquired well test & production data during well testing and extended testing (EPF).

With the aid of other well test personnel, I carried out Combined Meter Factor (CMF) for meter proving and oil shrinkage.

Sampled and measured well effluent properties; BS&W, Salinity, Specific gravity of oil 7 gas, API gravity.

Logged-in sequence of events, and acquired well test data into a DATA PROCESSING SOFTWARE for calculation of oil, Water and Gas rates, GOR etc.)

Prepared Well Test Reports containing well effluent (Oil, Gas & Water) rates and ratios, fluid properties, and testing conditions (pressures and temperatures).
