Working as system coordinator for the Sales Accounting & Client Services team to help streamline the existing manual tasks with respect to NNI, CNS and GNS Enterprise applications and their processes. As a technical liaison member, I supported Carrier Account Managers, CSMs, pre- and post-sale technical teams and multiple order entry groups for system enhancements. •Facilitate requirements gathering meetings with various cross functional teams
