At L3Harris I was responsible for the set-up and automated testing procedure for Military Army Radios. These radios were used extensively by the military, emergency first responders and other organizations. This job included the handling and manipulation of extremely high value hardware. I had to provide advice or training to other technicians. I would also provide production progress, or changeover reports to shift supervisors. I also verified conformance to specifications, using blueprints, measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, gauges and micrometers. i used test and diagnostic equipment to perform hardware checkouts. I can build product subassemblies or final assemblies also prepare and assemble materials for cable wires, cabinet units, Etc. I adjusted, clean and repair products and processing equipment to correct defects found during inspections. I was responsible to conduct environmental safety inspections, work area housekeeping, along with 5S implementations in accordance with standard protocols to ensure production activities complied with environmental regulations or standards.
