Reference Letter for Destiny Crowder

10/24/2022

I had the pleasure of hiring Destiny into our Electronics Production Group, where she worked alongside other technicians to build complex cable assemblies. I worked with Destiny for several years – from 2017 to 2020. Destiny is a hard worker and did not get distracted, and was very reliable. Her attention to quality is outstanding. She has a peaceful and calm demeanor and is determined and optimistic. These traits helped other team members grow and develop as she set the example for new employees and tenured senior employees. Over time, Destiny developed an interest in our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, where she trained to become an internal auditor. She also applied to management positions internally which demonstrated to me her capability to learn new things and her ambition to advance her career. She is someone who has a leadership demeanor and a willful determination to humbly march toward corporate goals with aplomb and diplomacy, with an eye for details as well as an awareness of the impact on people. In short, I would enthusiastically rehire Destiny if given the chance; and highly recommend her for employment with your organization. Kind Regards,

Randal Weaver
