Coordinated alongside production team to build a drive-in movie theater experience during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure compliance with state and local ordinances. Objectives of the position involved supporting partnership and customer relations while enhancing the visitor experience.
Defined, developed, and streamlined guidelines to engage patrons effectively while prioritizing needs of our customers and staff safely during the early stages of the pandemic involving elements of music performances, food vendors, and areas for social gathering.
Created visibility plan to help patrons locate the drive-in theater footprint, laying out ingress and egress routes as per city permit guidelines.
Built team moral during pre-shift meetings with their favorite foods and one-on-one check ins, while finding creative ways to hype the team before each shift.

Event Producer New York City Mayor’s Office (ENDGBV) New York, NY 7/2018 – 12/2020
Coordinated directly with co-producers at the Mayor’s Office in the End Domestic & Gender-Based Violence agency to create a thematic art exhibit for the global campaign 16 Days of Activism protesting gender-based violence.
Oversee the production elements, visual artworks, and event technicians to deliver an immersive art experience where the audience creates in real-time alongside featured artists, resulting in a communally driven final work of art. Attendance for the 2020 virtual conference exceeded 200 participants from around the world
Created interactive art activations and programming to promote the community while extending the reach outside of its existing support systems. Managed production needs, timeline sensitivity, budget and online campaign messaging.
Created a continuity plan to ensure the 2020 event would take place as scheduled during the COVID-19 pandemic. Built scenario-based contingencies for two event formats (hybrid and online) to allow flexibility with local ordinances.
Developed a comprehensive online public program that employed interactive experiences utilizing software tools and Zoom conferencing. Coordinated four virtual breakout rooms for attendees to engage with artists in real-time and a discussion panel.

Managed and directed the event delivery team setting up the festival areas operations at locations around the U.S. Simultaneously coordinated six events in various stages of production. Managed annual event budget more than $6Mil/yr.

Oversaw the construction of obstacle courses that hosted 8-15K attendees per event, collaborating with operations teams including supply chain, workforce, venue, and sponsors.
Modified course and plan design based on permit needs, stakeholder concerns and locality permitting guidelines.
Developed and executed emergency contingency plans for an event in Sparta, KY during quickly erupting severe weather. Implemented plans that were crucial to saving five tents and all obstacles allowing for a quick clean-up the following day and starting the event on time.
