Mortgage Loan Processor: Sun Trust Mortgage: July-2018 to Present

Woodbridge, Virginia: Responsible for receiving new Mortgage loan Applications from our sales team assisting with helping collect supporting AUS docs and up-load them into our electronic processing system Software that I am using is Encompass. Correcting any missing data within our system which facilitated completing the application process. Accurately communicate missing items needed to both sales team as well as the borrowers. Following up on needs list items in a timely manner. Submit loan files directly to underwriting for full credit review using Share point software for a full credit review within 24-48 hours of receipt of file. Coordinate orders for services such as, appraisals, title, IRS Transcrips, and any other additional documents. I process Conventional FHA Loans, and VA Loans. (now Truist).

Recovery Support Specialist: November 2011 to June 2018: DC Recovery Community Alliance, Washington District of Columbia: I worked with clients who are suffering from alcohol and /or drug abuse issues. (Contract) As Senior Loan Processor Responsible for the processing of conventional as well as government loan files, while keeping within the compliance of the Bank’s lending policies. Maintaining constant communication with the borrowers as well as all parties involved in the loan transaction.
