Proceeds would be used to scale from current 25M to 100M. Company was working on completing the audits required by regulatory agencies and managing the installation of a new manufacturing ERP system. My role was to manage these deliverables and implement effective financial reporting controls and systems to allow company to scale up. Accomplishments:

Implemented cash reporting procedures compliant with anti money laundering and bank secrecy act.

Hired and trained staff doubling size of accounting department. Implemented process to collect over 2M in past due accounts receivable. Implemented process to timely collect accounts receivable.

Assisted Investment Bank in generating forecasts and projections along with historical financial data to publish pitch deck used in connection with private placement.
