Provided leadership and key stakeholders with actionable business intelligence for effective and efficient management decision-making. Supplied business and operational support following the use of industry best practices and tools such as PMBOK-guided principles across functional teams that achieved defined project goals and objectives. Led project life cycle activities, including managing and tracking project costs, budgets, and schedules to ensure project milestones were delivered on time and/or ahead of schedule.
