Rolls Royce Manufacturing Facility - Prince George County, VA I oversaw all Alstom Power facilities in the Greater Virginia area, as well as the Knoxville Tennessee site. In addition, I handled all renovations for new tenants. To improve the management of the portfolio, I recommended and implemented a "state of the art" Building Management System that allowed for remote access of the entire portfolio, including lighting, security, utilities, and air systems. This resulted in an annual cost savings of $40K and a 5-year payback to the owner.
