Rolls Royce Manufacturing Facility - Prince George County, VA I oversaw all Alstom Power facilities in the Greater Virginia area, as well as the Knoxville Tennessee site. In addition, I handled all renovations for new tenants. To improve the management of the portfolio, I recommended and implemented a "state of the art" Building Management System that allowed for remote access of the entire portfolio, including lighting, security, utilities, and air systems.
