• Experience in collecting quotes, organizing documentation for estimates, dealing with subcontractors etc.
• Track project progress measurement in coordination with all stakeholders (PM, Contract Administrator, Engineering Manager, Procurement Manager and Construction Manager)
• Perform and submit corporate reporting with the support of project management and project governance teams ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, and adhering to company standards.
• Coordinates the flow of project information (primarily cost, forecasting and change management) to the project teams and other stakeholders.
• Manage Interfaces between the project management team and accounting department to review project costs and support internal / external audits as required.
• Advise deviations to the project management team and perform detailed analysis and recommendations of pipelines construction progress vs planned progress, productivity analysis and analysis of changes impacting cost and schedule by EPC Contractor.
• Active engagement and follow up in project planning processes, such as baseline and critical path definition.
• Support Project Scheduler with detailed reviews of baseline vs schedule updates to meet project’s in-service dates as contractually committed with the client.
• Performance Management of Change process and oversee risk management process during the implementation of Mexico Gas Pipeline Projects.
• Support Project Management in the review and validation of Contractor’s progress payments and long lead materials /equipment invoices prior submission and payment of associated invoices.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure that project control standards are communicated and followed, with the support of the Technical Centre. Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
+8 Years eexperience in Project Engineer and project management and cost controls knowledge
Proficiency in English speaking and writing
Experience in bilingual reporting to Sr. Leadership and able to maintain conversations with project teams.
Experience with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts. Work extensively with Contractors ensuring schedule and progress measurement requirement compliance, accurate and timely updates, and slippage recovery.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, Project and the ability to manage data sets obtained from various data sources is required.
Willingness to participate in temporary relocation assignments.
+5 years’ Experience in Oil & gas industry including experience with pipelines and/compression

• In coordination with the Project Manager and with the subsequent processing of this data, generate the Manpower and Equipment Calendars that will be sent to the Company's Operations Center
