Summary
As a Google Program Manager for two teams over the last two years, I ensured team members were well informed of expectations and timelines for all deliverables, and was aware of leadership’s goal and vision for the team. The Tools Development & Automation teams required quarterly roadmaps and work driver updates, while the Search Platform team required sharing of best practices and status for its Maturity Model search offerings.
