Nursing Administrative Supervisor- As a house supervisor for this 108 bed acute care hospital I facilitate the flow of patient care to all areas. Participated in the conversion to Magnet Status. Also worked at the Level One Trauma Center as a Code Team Leader.

As a nursing supervisor in this busy 120 bed cardiovascular intervention center I was responsible for ensuring delivery of excellent patient care to all acute care inpatient and outpatient areas. Duties included staffing, after hrs OR and GI call management, service recovery and clinical resource. Provided break coverage for every unit including ER and pediatrics. Rapid response team leader. I also worked for a year in the cath lab and filled in perdiem as an ICU nurse. 2005-2007- Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center, 805-***-**** For a two year period while living on the central coast I moonlighted as a charge nurse in the neurotrauma ICU. This was a most effective trauma team who truly embraced the multidisciplinary model of care.
