I served in the United States Army, as a food service specialist for three years,where I learned culinary arts. After my tour in the military, I exited from the military service and began to my work in customer service where I learned how to further improve my skills as a professional in customer service for more than ten years; learning how to operate the daily operations in a management position. Becoming proficient in Microsoft and excel from college experience, where I received my Associate degree in Science from Tidewater community college while pursuing my bachelor degree from Virginia Wesleyan College I learned how to operate and maintain the orderly running of the company whether it maybe hospitality,Retail or my knowledge from my experience and degree in Science I have retained the knowledge needed to work in any of these areas successfully my customer service skills stretches wide also with my Ten Years of OJT experience and book knowledge were using numerous computer software programs to help perform my job successfully and become a supervisor for Walmart customer service department in Norfolk Virginia . I am well spoken, dependable, hardworking and dedicated always eager to learn . I work well alone or in a group setting . I learn quickly and work efficiently, always going above and beyond. I'm attending College to receive my bachelors in science, where I one day plan to start and operate my own nonprofit organization to help veterans(disabled), low income individuals along with the Lgbtq community living with HIV/AIDS and/or battling different life conditions that lead them to seek treatment.
