• Use Aconex software for document control and BIM360 for WIR and MIR as required by ALEC.

• Preparing outgoing letters/ submittals uploading in Aconex

• Uploading Work Inspection Requests in BIM360 – Document Management

• Control the document flow, distribution, filing and saving on the Aspen server.

• Downloading all kinds of documents / submittals /letters incoming and outgoing in Aconex.

• Accurately updates register of the information and distribution for all incoming and outgoing documents such as letters and approval of submittals and to be saved in the server.

• Ensuring to make the proper distribution of documents in timely manner to the concern person.

• Preparing documents such as Minutes of Meeting, RFI, Method Statement…etc, letters to the Client.

• Update’s status of pending documents directly to the Project Director.

• Responsible for all Documents incoming and outgoing and must be saved in the server.

• Update and track approval of submittal received in Aconex and in BIM360.
