Duties included running all aspects of the business including extreme customer service, accounting using bookkeeper, taxes, banking, office operations, advertising, service and repair of golf carts including rebuilding engines and electric motors. Worked in the central warranty department electronically processing John Deere, Vermeer, Hollister and many more manufacturers equipment warranty claims. Managed the claim from the beginning to the end including coding, flagging technician hours, submitting for payment, corresponding with insurance companies concerning any questions or rejected claims. Responsible for zero balance

accounting schedules for assigned accounts. All claims had to be paid within a 30 day window. Daily phone and email correspondence with other stores across the United States within RDO Equipment.
