Paint Masker: Efficiently and accurately mask parts in accordance to the predefined work order prior to the metal finishing process
Mask/Tape vehicles for paint. Responsible for preparing parts for painting, then unmasking of parts after painting is complete
Remove masking tape residue and deburr paint edges Sander: Sand vehicles in accordance with the MAACO Ten Step Procedures Always keep the Masker supplied with enough volume of properly sanded vehicles, and perform the work within the established timeframe
Buffer: Assisting the painter with everyday duties including lifting, preparing, sanding, taping, masking, cleaning of vehicles prior to being moved into the booth Sets and adjusts machine control according to product specifications, utilizing knowledge of machine operation.
Buffs items such as automobile trim or accessories, hardware, or fabricated plastic parts with cloth
Buff wheels: Holds and moves parts against wheel to smooth surfaces, produce specified finish
Cut down plating defects, such as burns or salt deposits using knowledge of metals and buffing operations.
Pushes and manipulates workpiece against buffing wheel to remove scratches and defects and produce specified finish using knowledge of buffing operations and finishes. Maintained workstation in a clean and organized manner
