I have a solid and varied career path to date in large 5-star banqueting hotels, boutique hotels and business hotels. Independent Michelin starred restaurants and corporate dining. From being part of the opening team of the 5-star Threadneedle's hotel and the 4-star Deluxe Apex hotel London. During this time as Executive chef over saw the opening of two more hotels in London under the same brand. For the past few years working as a lone chef in a restaurant in Santa Catalina area of Mallorca and opening my own restaurant in Port Andratx.
