Preparing and doing DTS, DTA & Title Block as per the communication Procedure.
Preparing the documents numbering, filing and storing, storing and retrieval of both Electrical and hard copy produced by project team.
Submitting project related letter/ contractual letter and follow up the submission status of the documents.
Updating drawing schedule daily basis and Preparing summary of the documents and circular project team with Client/Consultant.
Maintaining drawing schedules, Weekly report, date wise filing DTA, Fax Copies, MOM, Invoice & other project related documents.
Handle incoming mail/ calls and other documents related works, set up and maintain filling systems.
Records the incoming and outgoing letters, contractual letters and other project related documents.
